ToWeather Info and it can be downloaded for free from Shane Church's website at http://www.s-church.net/otherprojects.htm.
The fantastic feature of this application is that is is powered by the good people over at Weather.com and offers weather information for nearly 38,000 cities worldwide. This data, once downloaded, is cached on the device so that it can be viewed offline. A connection to the Internet is however required to update the information.
The application also offers a fantastic 5 day forecast for the selected location that is, at least from my experience of the information supplied by Weather.com, pretty accurate.
I really like the application and I think it will become a firm favorite of mine really quickly!
